Islamabad:-   P akistan army chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa on Monday said that completion of the $46 billion China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) would usher in a new era of development in the restive Balochistan province. "The timely completion of CPEC will usher a new era of development in Balochistan and Pakistan Army is committed to this objective," Gen Bajwa said. This is the first time that a former army chief of Pakistan has been invited to speak at the WEF, The Express Tribune reported. The COAS, while recounting the successes of the Pakistan Army, said that soldiers of the Pakistan Army are the best in the world. General Qamar Javed Bajwa said this while addressing the troops during his visit to the elite Strike Corps at the Multan Garrison.
